Heat of Battle Gaming Convention August 2007

August 24-26th of 2007 saw the first Heat of Battle Gaming Convention at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. You may know it as the D-Day museum. This was a weekend full of WWII Games on land, sea, and air! Walt Burgoyne and the staff at the museum put on a great show for their first convention. The WWII Museum has been hosting wargames as a teaching tool for some time now. This is a great attitude I wish more museums had! Hopefully the event was enough of a success that it will be an annual event. Just take a look at the pictures to see the good time had by all!
